Requirements

Power Supply
This system requires a 240V / 10A double GPO within 1 metre of the unit. Contact support@velowater.com.au if you would like to also include powerpoint installation.

Water Supply
This system must be connected to standard a hot and cold mains potable water supply.

Space Requirements
Adequate space and ventilation is required to ensure safe operation and optimal performance. For the chiller unit, allow a minimum of 50mm clearance on both sides, 100mm at the rear, and 100mm above. The boiler requires a minimum of 100mm clearance on all sides.

Velo certified installation will accomdate free installation of airflow vents if space requirements aren't met.

High-Performance Boiler

The Velo Core boiler delivers instant filtered boiling water at up to 98°C, with a 2.5L internal tank that automatically reheats when the temperature drops below 88°C.

Perfect for cooking, hot drinks, and everyday convenience without waiting for a kettle.

Advanced Chiller & Sparkling Unit

Filtered water passes through a high-performance chiller unit, where it is cooled to approximately 2–10°C. The system delivers a cooling capacity of up to 12 litres per hour and maintains consistently cold water, with temperatures naturally fluctuating within this range during cooling cycles and periods of high use.

The system connects to a standard 0.6L CO₂ cylinder and is compatible with widely available, industry-standard canisters, making refills simple and convenient.

Intuitive Digital Dial Control

The Velo Core features a sleek LED twist dial for simple, intuitive control.

Rotate to select your water type, then press to dispense. Clear icons make it easy to use, while the LED indicator provides a subtle visual cue as you switch between functions.

How does a Velo system work?

Is it safe for children to use?
